My career has spanned the full spectrum, from hands-on technical support to global leadership in product, strategy and transformation.
Over the years, I’ve led complex programs, designed ground-breaking products / experiences, coached teams, built capabilities and supported enterprises in their shift to lean, customer centric and adaptive ways of working.
I am a certified trainer in multiple best practice frameworks; including the Scaled Agile Framework and ITIL, and love to create bespoke, gamified, hands-on learning experiences.
